i drew this the other weekend, when there was a crazy rainstorm and our basement flooded. the roof in the hallway was leaking too. he came by to ask us not to use the shower until tomorrow around noon because he had to pump all the water out of the basement. my neighbor said that he should grab a baby crib to get the leaking water, to which my landlord replied he was just happy to get out of the house.
